A sundeck and coin laundry is located on the property. No additional overnight guests or daytime visitors to pool area without prior approval by owner (additional charges may apply). Contact owner or manager as soon as possible if damage to property is observed. Pay for all damage or theft caused by guest. Observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. so as not to disturb other guests. No pets allowed. No illegal activity and no guests under 21 without parent or legal guardian are allowed. One parking space per apartment rented.
