Scenic and fun Hollywood Beach is just ten minutes from Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood International Airport.The condominiums feature one large bedroom with a king-size bed two bathrooms a full kitchen dining area and living room with a queen-size pull out sofa. Guests also have access to a workout room and a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. The maximum number of persons per unit is four. A security deposit is required. This covers but is not limited to the potential loss of items such as keys remote controls parking permits and any other loss or damage to the unit or its inventory. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to remain unsupervised on the premises. Guests should not register and leave under age guests for the week without adult supervision. Adult supervision of all minor children is required for their own safety and will be appreciated by everyone. Occupancy is strictly enforced.
